How do I purchase a greenhouse?
You can choose your desired specifications and quickly process your order on our Shop Page through our online store. You can also contact us directly to inquire about alternate payment processing methods, including cash, e-transfer, or credit card. If you would like help picking out a suitable greenhouse to meet your needs, please fill out our New Project Form.
Is there a deposit I must pay, or do I pay the total price?
If you place your order and pay in full through our online store located on our Shop Page, there is no deposit. If you are paying through alternate methods then there is a 50% deposit that will be processed at the time of your order.
Do you provide any guarantees?
- We offer a 5-year guarantee on any defective parts on the greenhouse frame.
- Our Solawrap and polycarbonate have a 10-year warranty.
- Our woven poly has a 2-year warranty.
- Hinges and door hardware also have a 2-year warranty.
What do I need to install it?
You would need basic carpentry skills, two 8 ft ladders, a chop saw, portable drills, measuring tape, and some driver bits.
Will it stand up in the winter?
Yes, these greenhouses are designed to shed snow and are very durable. With climate change in full effect, we don’t offer any coverage for natural disasters. These greenhouses stand through the snowiest of winters, but it is recommended to clear the greenhouse if there is an extreme snowfall followed by warmer weather.
